Horiatiki Salata

Ingredients & Method

4 - 6 cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters)

1 cucumber, peeled & deseeded, cut into small cubes

1 red onion sliced into small pieces

6-8 Kalamata olives

Capers

1 tsp dried oregano 

85g feta cheese cube (barrel matured feta is the best)

4 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil

"This classic consists of tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green peppers, Kalamata olives and feta cheese with a sprinkling of oregano, dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper."
