Serves 2 people
1 block of feta
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1. With a fork, mash the feta into a paste, adding olive oil to loosen.
2. Add desired amount of garlic and fresh oregano, top with mint.
3. Serve with ouzo and bread.
